Anyang Hengwei Petrochemical Equipment Co., LTD., founded in January 31st, 2002. There are more than 80 employees and 13 engineering technicians, which covers more than 23310㎡, including building area 13000 ㎡, specializing in the coking equipment design, production and installation, with 31 national patents.

There are three parts about our main products.

The major production equipments of Hengwei are 4m meters CNC double-column vertical lathe, 9m gantry planning machine, double-chamber vacuum oil quenching air-cooled furnace, VMC850B vertical machining center, HM4U equilibrator, TK6513 CNC boring-milling machine, CK61125/7 m15t NC horizontal lathe, CW61160B horizontal lathe, Z3080 x 25 radial drilling machine, welding robot, CNC flame/plasma arc cutting machine, hydraulic pendulum plate shears, 25 * 2500 CNC bending machine, W27Y - 89 * 6 pipe bender, 300 t press machine, WC67Y- 200-3200 bending machine, lifting equipment and so on, more than 120 sets of production equipment; Infrared thermometer, vibrating measurer, noise meter, 3605 kv and 2505 kv X ray detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle detector, ultrasonic thickness gauge, hardness tester, pressure test equipment and other testing equipments more than 20 sets.The main Dry Quenched coke products: loading device, electromotive push rod, plate gate, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, rotating seal valve. Coke oven equipment: Oven door and frame cleaning device, furnace door service car, efficient tail coke sweeper and conveyor, tail coke disposal device. Chemical equipment: tubular-furnace, tar residue regeneration equipment and other products.
